Processing: It means we have received the order and are currently producing and will send the tracking code after 10 working days. Complete: Meaning the delivery was successful.

We produce about 7 – 10 working days, then we will send the tracking code to the email you purchased after 10 days you have ordered. Will be shipped around 7-14 days (1-3 days delay may be available during peak season, but we will try as quickly as possible)
